BENEFITS OF PUREBASE™ 

Traditionally the standard method of extraction has been performed with filters and vacuum manifolds. These have inherent problems such as cellular particulates clogging column or membrane  during the extraction process. This clogging issue is of particular concern with protein-rich, large-volume samples such as plasma that are commonly used in cfDNA studies. Filters and columns are not automation friendly and require more hardware and processing time.
