pureBASE™ Cell-Free DNA Isolation Kit is designed for enrichment of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA). Our proprietary chemistry capable of extracting 96 samples at a time. Optimized for use on multiple platforms it is effecient at processing biological samples such as serum and plasma. The kit is based on pureBASE™ magnetic-bead technology, enabling effecient recovery of high-quality DNA that is suitable for a broad range of applications, including real-time PCR, digital PCR, and next-generation sequencing.
